Entry to the event is free. Donations are welcome. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Easttown Township Police Association(post expenses incurred).

Diwali Festival
Family friendly, alcohol free event. No pets/animals allowed. Host reserves the right to ask any attendee to leave if behavior is found unruly. No weapons allowed. Event is rain or shine. This is not a drop-off event. Those below 17yrs will have to be accompanied by parent/guardian. We will be photographing the event and you may occur in one or more of our photos we share on social media. We( MySanskruti) are not liable for loss or theft of your belongings. We are also not responsible to loss or theft of any items that are displayed in the stall. If found responsible for damage of the premises, you'll have to pay for the repair. Please adhere to CCHD covid-19 policy.

Non food Vendor Stalls
No REFUND for any reason unless the event is cancelled by the host. Event is rain or shine. Indoors. If you can't come, your money will be assumed as donated to our non-profit. We try to limit exclusivity of the items sold by vendors but cannot guarantee on that. 1 table 8 ft in length & 2 chairs will be provided. Further details such as table number, location set up map etc. will be sent via email 2 days before the event. No alcohol is to be served. No non-veg to be served.

NO REFUNDS. If you cant arrive/backoff then your payment will be assumed as donation. Performance duration should be maximum of 5 minutes. If a background music is to be provided, please email it to mail2mysanskruti@gmail.com by 8th Oct, 2024. The sequence in which the performances will be held shall be sent to you via email 2 days before the event. We are not responsible for loss of any belongings.

NO REFUNDS. If you cannot attend the event once you make the reservation, your payment will be assumed as a donation to our non-profit. Food and bakery stalls are in the Lunch room. A table and chair will be provided. Bring your own table cloth, napkins etc. We are not responsible for any loss of belongings or damages to your stall. We are also not liable for any injury that you may sustain at the venue.
